Webinar attendees committed to creating a self-care plan to include wellness strategies that were presented during  our wellness week event.  Each participant received a personalized wellness kit for the strategies they selected to begin practicing their self-care plan. Each wellness kit provides items to begin practicing self-care strategies such as essential oils, incense and candles for aromatherapy, a journal and set of pens for journaling, a jar with notepads and markers to create a gratitude jar, skin-care face masks, a crochet hooks with yarn, a canvas with paints, a smoothie cup with recipes, etc.
